NotifyMe functions as a user-friendly ticket notification tool specifically crafted to streamline the Agents workflow within Zendesk. Its primary objective is to provide Agents with the ability to create personalised reminders for themselves.


Agents simply pick a date and time, within a ticket, to set themselves an automatic reminder. The App will track the reminder and will notify the Agent with a friendly pop up notification 10 minutes before.



The Agent then has the option to take one of three actions:

  • Dismiss the reminder and take no action
  • Action the notification and navigate to the ticket
  • Snooze or defer the notification
